Draíocht (“magic”)
The pendant pictures the Gaelic word for “magic” written in Ogham. Ogham is an Early Medieval alphabet used primarily to write the early Irish language, and later the Old Irish language. According to the High Medieval “Bríatharogam”, names of various trees can be ascribed to individual letters.

Magic can show itself in the small things around you. The delicate dance of leaves in a gentle breeze, the intricate patterns of dewdrops on morning grass, and the fleeting beauty of a sunrise – all reveal enchantment in the simplicity of the world. It’s in these small moments that we discover the extraordinary woven into the fabric of the ordinary, inviting us to appreciate the magic within the tapestry of everyday life. Wear this Ogham pendant as a reminder to keep noticing those beautiful little moments of magic.

Handmade and handcast from recycled and new 925 Sterling silver via sandcasting. The pendant comes with a sterling 925 silver chain of 44 cm. All the jump rings are soldered shut.
